The Scoutbook system-generated “Activity Consent Form and Approval By Parents or Legal Guardian”, aka Permission Slip, autofills with the “List participant restrictions, if any:” box already checked as None.
The form has generated like this for some time, but I believe it is time to address this.
This box should be filled by the Parents or Legal Guardian only. Primarily, we use this section to help remind parents to update us on any restrictions that have arisen since the Scout’s last Annual Health and Medical Record submission.
Please advise if this is an easy fix, or if it will go in the queue for consideration.
