Hi, my wife has two accounts. One where she was added via scout book and one where she created it via my.scouting.org. Can the account SB User ID: 12874751 be deleted?

This is done. She needs to log in with her my.scouting.org that is her first initial, last initial and the word scout. The my.scouting.org ID that is her e-mail address will be retired as some of the BSA systems don’t handle e-mail addresses as IDs properly.
Got it, thank you! That was the entire reason for creating the second one since she couldn’t change the username on the first.
