Deleted Scout from Scoutbook

I was trying to fix an issue with a scout’s connection with scoutbook and managed to deleted their account instead. This is their BSA number 14223698.

@LeslieThomas ok I setup an afternoon sync - check back around 5pm today - they will be out of den so REASSIGN them to a den
