I am not able to add our two den chiefs to any of our calendar appointments. They are both listed in Scoutbook in our roster as Den Chiefs. They are both clicked “Approved” in that position in Scoutbook roster. Those two items were listed in previous posts back in Apr 2024 and those things fixed the problem of those posters. But none of that is a problem for me. And I’ve already contacted my council registrar who said that national doesn’t train them in this and so all she can do is Google but we can’t find a solution.

Neither Scouts positions are Approved by their Home Unit - Unit admin needs to go to scoutbook.scouting.org > the Scout > Leadership > Select Den Chief and approve it
