Den Chief Scoutbook/Scoutbook Plus Not Found

Howdy,

I need some assistance. I am trying to search for a den chief, but when I input the information provided by his troop, the scout cannot be found in Scoutbook. I do not want to post their information as they are a youth member. Can someone please direct message me and assist?

For context as well, I just did a search for another scout and found them just fine.

The Troop needs to enter the position into Scoutbook for the Scout

The troop can enter it by going to the Scout’s page in Scoutbook and then click on:

[Scout]'s Leadership
