Den Leader can only access parent information in Scoutbook Plus

I’m registered as a Den Leader in Scoutbook, but I can only see information for my children in Scoutbook Plus, not any of the other cub scouts in my den. How do I fix this?

@RachelMandala you are not assigned to a Den - your pack needs to assign your DL position to a Den
