Den Leader Unable to See Den Members

We have a den leader that is set up as den leader and den admin. However, whenever he logs into Scoutbook, he can only see his son (and not the rest of the members of the den). In addition, he doesn’t show up as a leader on our roster, but he does show up as the den leader for the den. His BSA # is 134543521.

@LaurieReynolds - is this leader listed on the roster at my.scouting.org? If not then they are not a registered leader,

This is fixed. The leader’s my.scouting.org ID was pointing to a deleted BSA Member ID. I have changed his my.scouting.org ID to point to his correct MID and merged the Scoutbook IDs.
