As a Den Leader, I cannot access the “Needs Approval” and “Needs Awarding” reports in legacy SB or the “To Approve” and “To Award” tabs under Advancements in SB+. As a result, there is no way for me to see, in the aggregate, what has been marked “Completed” but not approved, or “Approved” but not awarded.
Drilling into each Scout’s individual profile was never required in Legacy SB or earlier versions of SB+. This limitation severely impacts my ability to perform my Den Leader responsibilities. It was bad enough that SB+ removed the ability to view requirements status for a specified advancement/award across all Scouts in the den. Now, I have no reasonable way to see and manage at the aggregate level when a parent or other leader marks something “Complete,” or to change the status to “Awarded” when I give out the belt loop.
