Den Leader Pending (but able to log in as Parent)

Hello,

One of our Den Leaders (MID 14537285) has been unable to view her Den in ScoutBook / ScoutBook Plus since joining the pack in November. In the Pack Roster it has a “Pending” badge indicating that she has never signed in. Whenever she logs in (with the same username/password she uses at my.scouting.org) she is only able to see her own two children as Parent/Guardian. I have double checked to make sure that the MID is the same as the MID that shows as connected to her children as a parent. I have also verified that she is both assigned as Den Leader and Den Admin to her den.

She is registered as a Den Leader (DL) and assigned to a Tiger Den. Is there an issue with her being registered as a DL instead of Tiger Cub Leader (TL)? Even if that is a mismatch, it wouldn’t explain why ScoutBook is saying she has never logged in. I even tried assigning her to a Bear Den to see if that would make any difference, and it didn’t.

We appreciate any help that you can offer to get this straightened out!

@KyleRuder She has been logging in to the Scouting mobile app, which is for Scouts and parents – not leaders.

Ask her to log in to Scoutbook (legacy) at:

Then ask her to log in to Scoutbook Plus at:

https://advancements.scouting.org
