Parent/Den Leader can log into, but is not visible in Scoutbook

Our Tiger Den Leader is not able to view our unit in Scoutbook. We know he has an account created, as he’s been working with the council before he joined our Pack.
When he logs into, he can see that his ID is affiliated with National, and that he’s listed as a Den Leader with our Pack, but that’s all.

When I search for his ID, name, or email in Scoutbook, nothing comes up.

His member ID is 110255410.

We are trying to get him into Pack 5, Frontier District, Greater Colorado Council.


That BSA Member ID is not registered as a Den Leader. He only has Tiger Adult Partner listed which is not a registered leader. He will need to register before you are able to add him as a den leader.

His YPT is valid through 11/04/2024.
