When trying to connect den leader (12582218), “changeyouremail@scoutbook.com” and “Pending” is displayed. If we try to correct it, there is an error message that email is used by another record.
She reports that she can log into SB, but only sees two of her children. She can’t see her Den or her son 136865850 in that Den.
Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
