Den Leader unable to access SB

When trying to connect den leader (12582218), “changeyouremail@scoutbook.com” and “Pending” is displayed. If we try to correct it, there is an error message that email is used by another record.

She reports that she can log into SB, but only sees two of her children. She can’t see her Den or her son 136865850 in that Den.

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

@NancyHodgkiss This should be fixed.

This den leader needs to log in with her my.scouting username – not her e-mail address.
