It seems that only the Cubmaster and Comm Chair are able to create events in Scoutbook. That was never the case in the past. Is there a way to grant De Leaders and other Leaders access to calendaring? Thanks so much, Susan Kigawa
@SusanKigawa same as SB - only Admins or Sub-unit Admins can create events
Per the help wiki here:
https://help.scoutbook.scouting.org/knowledge-base/using-internet-advancement-calendar-ia/
DL/ADL can only edit their respective den calendars if they are correctly assigned to their den.
There is not a “Calendar Editor” role in SB+, but you might be able to add the Scoutbook functional role of “Committee Secretary” as a workaround to edit the pack calendar.
ETA: @DonovanMcNeil, do you know if the help wiki is out of date now?
I made the Assistant Cubmasters Pack Admins. That worked like a charm. Thanks much!
Thank you, Charlie. I made the Assistant Cubmasters Pack Admins. That worked like a charm. If that hadn’t worked, I was going to try what you advised. Thanks again, Susan
Good Day,
My name is Michael Platania and I’m an Assistant Den Leader for AOL at Pack 24 and having trouble accessing the Scoutbook. I believe the problem is related to me having 2 different Member ID numbers. Can you assist me? Thank you.

-14848532 (I just received an email that my "Youth Protection Training is due in Nov2024)
@MikePlatania that is all fixed - might take 24 hours
