Dens don't appear on roster

I created a new den and added a single scout. On next login, the den and the scout do not appear. I thought it would just work itself out, so I did another new den with a different new scout. It also does not appear on subsequent logins. I need to be able to see these dens and scouts in Scoutbook. The Lion den now has one leader assigned and the Webelos den has no leaders assigned yet. They each only have the one scout.

1st scout, Lion den:

@JohnJunghans this is almost always just a cache issue - try an incognito window - or clear your cache

That worked, thank you. I hadn’t thought of it because it happened across multiple devices.
