Scouts reassigned to random cub scout den and dens missing

Hi,

Recently, Scoutbook reassigned all cubs to random dens. When I move them back, it was fine. Then today I logged in and my wolve den is missing and 2 other scouts were moved to different dens again. I reassigned everyone correctly which included assigning 1 to wolves so scoutbook knows the den still exists. However, I can’t see the wolves scouts in the roster at all even the one I just reassigned. However, I can see them in reports. In the old Scoutbook, I can see the wolf den.

What is going on and how do I get it back?

I am the cubmaster and admin on scoutbook.

@KevinDunlop1 - have you tried an incognito session, cleared cache and cookies for scouting.org sites?

@KevinDunlop1 legacy SB is essentially dead - going back and forth between the 2 can be problematic. In Legacy, does that Wolf den have a Green Shield by it? We have seen where sub-units are not approved, so they show in Legacy and not in SB+.

Thank you, clearing the cache and cookies made the wolf den reappear. Hopefully the scouts will remain the proper dens this time.
