New Den missing from Scoutbook+

I added a new den to our roster (Lions Den 5) and placed three new scouts in it last night. However, the den is not showing on the Scoutbook+ roster today, nor are the scouts. They do exist on the roster in My.Scouting.

The scout member numbers are:

I am also having this problem. What solution worked and how do you hard refresh? The new den shows up in regular Scoutbook.

Following as I’m also having this problem with my new Lion den. Refreshing the browser (Chrome) and navigating in via a new tab both did not work.

@KristenRibe, @MarissaColeman - can you try an incognito session on your browser. If that works then you should clear the browser cache for scouting.org sites.

Clearing the cache did work. Clearly this is a bug that needs to be addressed, though.

This is Pack 7 in Savannah (Coastal Georgia Council). My new Tiger Den disappeared as well (all 14 Scouts). I tried incognito and it worked. BUT please fix this problem!!!

@JamesKnauff- i am a volunteer like you so I can not fix anything. The cache issue most often is a browser issue.

Unlike classic Scoutbook, SB+ appears to cache a lot more information locally, presumably in order to speed up data access. However, this means that any cached information that becomes outdated before it’s scheduled to be re-downloaded can interfere with the correct functioning of SB+. I get around this (when I don’t forget) by only accessing SB+ via an incognito/private browsing window with the cache set up to be deleted when I exit the window. I still have to force a refresh occasionally, but it’s a lot less frequent than when not automatically clearing cached materials.

I just want to follow-up that today I had some Den’s no longer displaying in Scoutbook+ and clearing cache/history for scouting.org sites fixed the issue. Thank you to those who provided answers here.
