Didn't know a scout was a transfer

I have a scout in Scoutbook that was apparently a transfer into our Pack versus and new scout and we were not aware of this at Recharter. Is there a way to connect their old and new member IDs so that there records will combine?

If you provide the BSA Member IDs, we don’t need anything else, we can look into this for you.
