Do merit badge councilors have an id number and where do yo fid them.

You can log into my.scouting.org and look at My Profile to find your BSA #

Yes. All registered adults (which includes MBCs) will have a BSA member ID. The counselor should be able to provide it themselves if you ask. If they don’t know it off-hand, they can look it up in the same places as other registered adults can look up theirs:

  • Log in to my.scouting and check under Profile (It actually appears on my landing page when I log in.)
  • Log in to Scoutbook and look at My Dashboard → Administration → My Account
