DoB says invalid and its "greyed out" on profile page

DoB says invalid and its “greyed out” on profile page.
It first showed when I tried to add my son to the pack but wouldnt let me get past the Parent Guardian section since my DoB was blank “Date of Birth Invalid”
I was able to sign into my account and attempted to change it, but it was greyed out/ unable to be edited there also!

help!

@StephenSzabo you need to contact your councils registrar for a fix

@StephenSzabo I would ask your local council to do a search and see if you might have another BSA member number - one with a date of birth.
