Missing Birthdate in Parent profile and not can't process application

I have a parent in my pack that has been trying to register as a den leader, she has no birthdate listed in her myscouting account. I have called council and they have referred me to the DE and DC neither of which can give me any direction on how to get this fixed and her birthday added.

Registrar at council can fix this - or the user could just make a new my.scouting.org account

Ok I will try the Registrar first and have her make a new account as a last resort, Thanks!
