First time using the purchase order process on the Scoutbook Plus, and am seeing inconsistent information on screen vs. downloaded in-store purchase order and the csv file. For example, I see 3 American Business & 4 American Cultures Merit Badges in my PO, but the downloaded csv & in-store PO has different counts, 2 for each. The pdf & csv are wrong as the on-screen PO shows the correct count. Is there a way to get the correct info on the pdf & csv? I have attached screenshots for each. Can you please fix this issue?
