In the “old version” of Scoutbook, I used to be able to run filter my purchase order by scout and by sub-unit and then download the PDF of that report. In Scoutbook Plus when I do this, the filters apply properly but the PDF shows up blank when I attempt to download it. If I run the purchase order without filtering by subunit and by scout, it displays and downloads correctly.
Also, when I download the PDF of POs, it does not automatically add the PO number to the download any longer.
We will investigate the blank PDF.
When you say does not add the PO number to the download, are you referring to the filename or printed in the PDF?
Filename. It used to automatically add the number to the filename. Now it just lists as PO

When I test this on my unit on a closed PO, I get data. I don’t have any open POs and don’t want to create one and mess up my advancement chair.
Are you seeing the blank pdf with an open, closed or both PO?
@PatrickRyan5 - I tested the sort/filters on an open PO and had no issues with it generating the pdf
I am going to send you a direct message as the developers have requested information that should not be on a public forum. Click on the blue circle with white P when you see the green envelope appear.
The first few times that I tried to generate with the sort/filters, the PO was showing completely blank on open and closed POs in the pdf. All I could see was some lines on the table. It is now showing all the data using the sort/filter options.
