Dual Registered - Need Accounts Merged

Request assistance having my son’s accounts merged. We requested them to be dual or multiple registered but it appears our new council create new accounts and none of their advancements are showing in their current/primary troop.

(removed by Moderator) - need primary Council to be New Birth of Freedom Council Troop 80. Alternate or multiple registration with Tidewater Council Troop 375.

Due to military service we have moved frequently and have several Scouting ID numbers. Happy to share to facilitate merging our accounts.

@JarrettSeibel -a point of information here is that all councils have their own pool of member id numbers so until universal id is a thing this is going to occur. In order to have ckean advancement one unit will need to control thar additionally two scoutbook logins will be needed if maintaining membership in both councils.

@JarrettSeibel I have updated your Scouts’ Scoutbook accounts. Please wait for the overnight sync to run. In some cases, it might take up to 48 hours for everything to sync up.

Hi,

Before the accounts were merged Everrett started the Family Life merit badge with a counselor under Troop 375. He completed the badge and the counselor signed off in Scoutbook but it isn’t linking to him under Troop 80. Is there a way to transfer it over?

thanks

@JarrettSeibel Not an easy way.

What I recommend is to provide the signed blue card to the troop in New Birth of Freedom Council. Alternatively, the Family Life MBC can connect to Everrett under his member ID number in New Birth of Freedom Council and reenter it there using the same date of completion.

Can you please merge the following two adult accounts?

I also have 2 others that occasionally show as duplicates on our calendar events as attendees, but I can’t find their second number listed as a connection to their son or in our roster. Thanks.

@AdamDuerr For this person, it would be better if the local council fixed their parent child “relationships” first, using their Registrar Tools.

After that happens, we can merge the Scoutbook accounts.
