Missing information in scout registered in 2 councils

My scout is registered in 2 troop and 3 ships across 2 councils. How do I get her information from one council (BSA ID 13427301) to show up in the other council (BSA ID 141511351)

In addition it appears my husbands accounts with all his training are not showing up as it shows user undefined.

Unfortunately, there’s not a great way to do this. It’s usually best to pick a primary council (for each program) and then give an adult from the secondary units access to their advancement in the primary.

So is there no way for her merit badges and rank req to show in her new troops account? She will be earning rank through the new council and its suspected the old council will be folding so will all that info be lost?

Not in a way that is sustainable with both having full access. If you want us to switch which one is assigned to each council, we can help with that.

Or is there a way to simply upload her existing record to the new council so the new ppl have access to her previous information

OK, I swapped the member IDs on the scoutbook accounts. I already requested a sync of the data between systems. So, give it 24 hours and then take a look. The two accounts should look pretty similar at that point, but they will become dissimilar as advancement is added in SHAC.
