Duplicate Account--Need Assistance Deleting the Duplicate

I have a Scout with duplicate accounts.

The good account is UserID 12191354, member ID 14040416. This account is posted in my.scouting on the 2022 roster, and is syncing.

The duplicate is UserID 12284679, with no associated member ID.

Need assistance deleting the duplicate. Thanks!
