Remove Duplicate Scout in Scoutbook

I have a Scout that appears twice in Scoutbook. One of her accounts correctly matches our Scouting.org records and has a BSA Member ID 14125148. The other entry has no BSA Member ID and no advancement records. How do I remove the duplicate account with no BSA Member ID #. The account with SB User ID 13702189 should be deleted or removed.

But it looks like the Scout is duplicated now. Is that just an overnight update to fix?

check the memberships - sometimes 2 survive and you just need to end one
