Duplicate Account with same email issue

We have a parent of 2 scouts that has 2 Scoutbook accounts with the same email. She can not see both scouts at the same time. Is there a way that we can merge them or delete one of them and recreate the connection to the other so that she has a single account to view both scouts? She logs into the app and can see 1 scout, logs in with email and can see the other scout.

@JesseBurtz Her Scoutbook accounts have been merged.

She has Apple sign in turned on, so she needs to log in with the “Sign in with Apple” button, her Apple name, and Apple password.
