I have two accounts under my email and am having difficulties using scoutbook. Can someone assist me to merge or remove the second account so I can use scoutbook features.
@PatEnnis I think you are fixed. Please log all the way out, then log back in again.
Also, please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to fix your parent / child “Relationships”. Currently, you show as both “Father of” and “Son of” your children.
I am having the same issue, that there’s another account using my same email address. This may explain many of the issues I’m having in trying to use it.
