Duplicate accounts for my scout

My son is showing 2 accounts when he logs in:

How to fix?

Well your council gave them 2 numbers - let me take a look

@StevenSheldon Scout needs to us the user name with out the 1 at the end - as there is a log in today on it - Scout can get in that one?

@StevenSheldon actually either username would work as both were created today - one just needs to be picked
