Duplicate Accounts not allowing Advancements to be entered

Hello, I am a den leader and I cant seem to access scoutbook any longer to enter awards for my lions. I see that there are two different profile pics, and one instance has my den leader credentials, the other seems to be the initial signup as a parent. The correct profile and credentials seem to be located in myscouting.org, while the parent profile seems to be in Scoutbook.

@RyanNapolitano first issue is you are not assigned to a den - a Pack Admin needs to assign you to a den

Strange. On the Myscouting.org site I am listed as Lion Guide. Not the correct one?
Ill get with the Admin on it ASAP.

OK! So… Added as a den leader in Scoutbook, but doesnt seem to be updated in Scoutbook Plus. I have added a few screenshots of what I am seeing. When I try to update adventures in Scoutbook, its taking me to scoutbook Plus, where I only have access to my child.

It takes 24 hours at least for everything to work out across systems

OK, Ill check in tomorrow. I wasnt sure about the warning message for duplicate accounts, or the 60d tenure listed for the lion den leader. I dont know if I am doing something wrong here.

Do you think that third “generic” den leader leadership position ever could be a problem? Those seem to be leftovers from before assigning a den. I usually end them to keep it tidy, but I don’t know if it is necessary.

@RyanNapolitano are you getting a statement saying someone is using your email?

Im not getting any statement to my knowledge. Just what is seen on the scoutbook screen. I assumed it was the difference somewhere on the backend between scoutbook and myscouting.org. Those two show different profile pics.
