I am den leader and for some reason neither of my own kids, a tiger and a bear, are shown under me any longer. My Tiger den scouts are missing too.
My pack leaders say they can see me and it shows me linked and having authority to check off requirements and such. How can this be fixed?
I need the requirements updated by tonight for rank badges that our scout master is picking up tomorrow.

You can also try going to:
My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → Switch SSO Profile
and make sure that everything is correct there. Sometimes this fixes things.
Also, when logging in, make sure that you use your SSO credentials.
