Duplicate email id warning

I am getting “warning another user is using the same email address. If this is unexpected, contact your local council or post to Using Scout book forms” message when I login. How can I be sure, my email id is not used by someone else?

This is fixed.

I suggest you contact your Council and have them add your child to your record where you are registered as a Merit Badge Counselor. They use the Relationships tab of Registrar Tools to make the connection.
