Duplicate Parent Account Needs Merged

I have a Parent with duplicate account that needs deleting.

I know older posts have outlined the process, but things change quickly/often so I wanted to check to see what the process is now to get this fixed.

you can post the User IDs (found under Edit Profile) and we can look
