Duplicate parent and den leader

I have a parent I created in scout book, user id 11972941. I connected him to his scout. Then our registrar created a new user when I signed him up as a den leader. That user id is 11973121. They seem to have two different bsa ids also.

Can you help fix this? Also is there a best practice I’m missing?

@BCotter this is fixed - they need to use the google Login to get to Scoutbook account
