Parent account needs merging with registered leader account (same parent)

We have a family that had a second set of parent accounts created when their younger child joined our troop. One adult is already a registered leader and this has created issues with accessing my.scouting as well.

Parent 1:
scoutbook id: 9969907 (bsa id: 135777684)
new scoutbook id: ScoutUserID=1821349&ConnectionID=13124207 (parent account no. 2)

Parent 2: ScoutUserID=1821349&ConnectionID=65510548
duplicate parent id: ScoutUserID=1821349&ConnectionID=14113222

@JustinDay fixed - both need to use my.scouting.org user names to log in NOT Emails
