Duplicate participants in Activity Log

In SB + adding a new Service project on Activity Log, Add participants. There are multiple entries for the same Adult leader on the participants list. One leader has 2 entries with the same name; one has 3 different entries, and another one has 2 different entries. How can it be corrected? I can not make changes on that default list given by SB+
Having multiple entries for the same leader is misleading.
On My.scouting, SB+, and SB the roster has a perfect and only one entry for each of them.

This typically happens if the leaders has multiple positions in the unit in Scoutbook or has duplicate accounts. Post the Scouting America Member IDs (no names) and someone can investigate.

IDs on Activity Log, Add participants with multiple entries are:
ID 135791274 (2 entries)
ID 140810963 (3 entries)
ID 140266527 (2 entries)

For this one, does she go by a nickname that is similar to her middle name?

For this one, I have merged the Scoutbook accounts. However, she has 2 member ID numbers, and her parent / child “Relationships” are under the wrong one. The local council should be able to fix that with their Registrar Tools.

Yes ID 140810963
has firts names:

  1. Carmen with one last name
  2. Millie with one last name
  3. Carmen with the two last name with slash in between

@EstherVillarino_Tur I have merged this user’s Scoutbook accounts.

I recommend that the local council use the Registrar Tools to look up her children. In the “Relationships” tab / section, she should be listed as parent only under her primary member ID number: 140810963. They should remove her as parent under any secondary member ID numbers. This will help to prevent future issues, such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
