Multiple Member ID

Greetings,

I have 2 Leaders with a multiple member id
136537725 and 12635530

137411019 13988188 (linked to lion scout 137411018)

Thank you
Kristina Cook

Neither of these are doubled in Scoutbook - they can log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials

@KristinaCook For the Den Leader with BSA member number 13988188, you will need to ask your council to move the Lion Adult Partner registrations from 137411019 and put them under 13988188.

Have a confusing situation. Cubmaster has two member ID to two different councils but they’ve only been active in one for the past 3 years, ETAC 585. From what I can see, the 571 council ID oddly has their ETAC registrations tied to it as well as their connections. Can someone take a look and help make sense of this?

Primary: ETAC 585 ID: 134176040
secondary: Circle Ten 571 ID: 12467374

@MatthewAnderson6 I see a Tiger Adult Partner registration tied to 12467374 that’s kind of mixed between 571 / 585.

There shouldn’t be any current registrations in 571

@MatthewAnderson6 It is expired (2019).

So from your end everything looks as it should be?

No, that BSA member number should be in one council or the other – not both.

What steps do I need to take to resolve?

@MatthewAnderson6 I have asked the developers to investigate.

Does the user have a multiple Scoutbook account issue? If so, we can fix that.

Thank you for your help. They do not from what I can see, there is only one scoutbook user ID, 6079408

@MatthewAnderson6 I did find a duplicate Scoutbook account. They have been merged.
