Duplicate Scout entries on Scoutbook

I have three Scouts that are duplicated in Scoutbook.

I have fixed these.

When moving Scouts to patrols, only use Scoutbook+. We believe another tool is causing the duplicate membership when assigning Scouts to patrols but we have not been able to isolate the error.
