I recorded the Eagle Board of Review as complete in Scoutbook Plus, went to the Needs Approved Tab and was able to approve the Board of Review as Leader Approved.

This also marked the Eagle Rank as Leader Approved in Scoutbook Plus.

It seems like this shouldn’t be able to happen and only the Council Registrar can “Leader Approve” it after receiving the Application back from the National Office.

So you could select the Scout?

I went into their Eagle Rank, put in a completion date.

Then I went to the “Needs Approval” tab in and it allowed me to select their Eagle Board of Review and Approve.

This also Approved the Eagle Rank.

This is the same screen, but it said their Board of Review.

I just did approve the req in to approve. But it left the rank in completed status for me

Was that their Eagle Board with the Scout’s BSA ID above?
