I started with Private Window in Firefox, WIndows 10 after a reboot of my computer in Legacy Scoutbook.
I select an Youth in one of my troops (I am COR and advancement coordinator) go to select the Eagle Scout Rank Application (ESRA) and get a small yellow box “Timeout Error”.
I go to the other troop I am also COR & Advancement coordinator for and sample one of those youth and receive same yellow box “Timeout Error”.
In addition logging in and performing simple tasks like selecting the roster or a patrol, etc takes a very long time.

This evening I attempted to get an ESRA for a youth in each of my troops and receive the following:
"Server Error in ‘/WebScript/Output’ Application.
The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.
Requested URL: /webscript/output/sbreports.aspx

I suspect that this is part of or similar to the same IT & Platform issue. I was able to work on and create my PO and Advancement report for one of the troops upcoming Court of Honor so that work successfully tonight.
Still Private window of Firefox, Windows 10. Latest versions.

There is an issue with backend systems that are causing login, performance and report problems on all Scouting America systems that use my.scouting.org login. Scouting America IT is working with the system vendor to resolve the issue.
Just checked and was able to successfully download the ESRA this evening. SO we all all good.
