Hello I keep getting this issue with my email address. Every 2 to 3 months. I loaded a pic and it keeps saying someone else is using my email address. Can we fix this so it does not keep happenning. Thank you.
@johnsotomayor It is because your e-mail address is also on your son’s Scoutbook account. I can remove it in Scoutbook, but it would be temporary.
You can ignore it (it is a warning – not an error message) or you can put a different e-mail address on your son’s account.
