I noticed that there are many threads about “another user is using the same email address” but they’re all closed, so I’ll start a new one. It seems as though this is something that happens frequently enough that it might be worthwhile to automatically flag accounts that are like this, or block entry when this happens, instead of perpetuating this, but what can I do?

I’ve had this warning on my Scoutbook account for ages and I’m not sure why. I’ve asked in the past and unfortunately not gotten a resolution. Is this something I need to start another thread about?

This is fixed. You had 2 Scoutbook accounts and 2 my.scouting.org IDs. Use your e-mail address (not the Google Login or Apple ID buttons) to log in to both Scoutbook and my.scouting.org.
