The “from” field of messages sent thru scoutbook should use the sender’s preferred name rather than the full formal name.
We have passed on the request to use Preferred names in the Manage List Members pop-up of messaging.
I think you may have missed my intent here. When a recipient receives the email, it should look like it comes from the preferred name. For example I’m a Jonathan, but everyone knows me as Jon. They’re not going to search their inbox for Jonathan. They’ll look for Jon.

No, that is a function of the sending system. Since SB+ does not use the client e-mail system, it will put the FN in the From: address.
