Email with PDF attachment not readable

Hi,

One of our volunteers sent out an email from within Scoutbook. The email has a PDF attachment. However, once download, the pdf can’t be read. Adobe reader can’t seem to open it. If she send the attachment vial regular mail, it works fine. Does Scoutbook make any changes to attachments?

I w never seen any problems with that.

I just tested a PDF attachment and had no issues opening it.

How big was the PDF? I’ve seen some mail handlers corrupt large PDF files from time to time…
