I’m a Cubmaster working to help Pack families through new Registration and Renewals.
All of the Recruitment packet information provided to me by our District mentions a $25-off Promo Code for Registration Fees available thru September(“JoinSeptember”), but when I go to the renewal checkout there isn’t a field to enter it.
It makes no sense to charge returning families more than new families, how can this get fixed so I can incentivize everyone to get registered ASAP? The added District Fees this year are already an additional hurdle to recruitment, registration needs to be smooth so we don’t frustrate families and scare them away.
