Cub Scouts Registrations expired, unable to renew

Two of our scouts haven’t been able to renew their registration, which is causing issues with entering advancements.

First Member ID: 137365610
Second Member ID: 137365614

They’ve already paid the Pack, just need to be updated in the system to Active/Renewed.

@RebeccaNoy paying the pack means nothing. Has the pack paid the council so the registrations are renewed? in the database it does not look like the pack has.

I’ll reach out to the treasurer to make sure it was submitted.

And the individual families should be doing this on their own without unit intervention - it is an electronic job for parents of scout

Apparently there was an issue the parents had with renewing online. They tried several times to renew but it wouldn’t complete the payment. She’s going to try again. I appreciate the prompt response.

They might now be outside the window - best to talk to council

I came across this same issue today. The parent found that if they go register the scout at beascout.org, there is an option to select that they already have a prior scout history/account. They selected that and after completing the registration got a notice that it was under review.

I think this is the BSA-preferred or simplest solution time-wise.
