A patrol (and all scouts in the patrol) used to appear in SB plus. Now, they no longer appear, but are still in legacy. Is there any better solution to resolve other than the remove all and redo the assignments that was listed as a solution in June 2025? I have 7 scouts, all still active and registered and cannot complete advancement for awards at COH until they appear in SB Plus. Thank you.
Most commonly, this is because of an issue with the display filters or bad cached data. Have you tried clearing the cached data in your browser?
Similarly, the roster filters may need to be reset in case they are excluding a portion of the unit (e.g. accidentally unchecked a patrol on the list or scouts who might have temporarily lapsed and become unassigned).
If neither of those resolves your issue, can you post the Member ID numbers for the affected scouts (no names, please!)?
If reset filter does not work, I can be cause the unit was using Legacy to move the patrols. If you need this you have created a hole. You can go to SB+ > add patrol > make a new patrol and see if the scouts are listed there. If so just make a new patrol and move on.
