When I click on the camping merit badge from a scout’s advancement page to update requirement completions I get the following error directing me here. This has been happing for the last 3 hours.
There are system issues again tonight affecting Legacy Scoutbook, Scoutbook Plus, my.scouting.org and other systems. Scouting America IT is working to resolve the issues.
I’ve encountered the exactly same issue - when I clicked on the scout’s name under “Edit Merit Badge for MB Counselors”, I got the same error message.
In addition, the same scout does not show up at all under “Quick Entry for Merit Badge”. This has been going on for the last two days.
