Good news for anyone who experienced this error message during member renewal over the past few days…
UPDATE (12/29/2025, 11:20 ET) from the Scouting America Information Technology Group - “We just were able to push a fix for the issue causing some users to get an error “No organizations for renewal are active.” The correction was made this morning and tested.”
I am still getting that same error message that “No organizations for renewal are active.”
@TylerZimmer- please contact your council on this issue
@TylerZimmer can you try an Incognito window?
I just tried an Incognito window and am still getting the same error : No organizations for renewal are active. (I am with Troop9). I also login with my username/password (James) but after that it shows me logged in as my son Matthew at the top right when posting this?
@MatthewFrederick this is a call council issue for them to report
Its still not working…..I opted out of renewal to see if that worked, unfortunately it didn’t. No bell
notification either in top bar. Will it get fixed today? Thank you!
@LeviHovey- the team that works my.scouting.org does not monitor the forums. Additionally opt-out will end your membership.
I am still getting the same “No organizations for renewal are active” error this morning. I will contact my local council when they open later today.
