Error message on my.scouting.org: No organizations for renewal are active.

You might need to reach out to your council registrar. I think I’ve seen that come up when the unit’s recharter/renewal isn’t complete.

@HectorJavier Your registration is expired / lapsed and outside of the grace period. What you need to do is log in to your my.Scouting account, then click on the link from beascout.org to submit an application as an adult leader using your already existing member ID number.
