I have a new leader that has 2 member IDs and he is getting an error when trying to connect them using Manage Member ID that says “ The Provided Member ID does not match the existing user profile”.
The two Member IDs are:
141975560 & 141968641

Yep, there are several zip codes here that the system puts in the wrong council.
No it goes to the correct council actually - some units cross the line due to charter orgs
The system put anyone in Denton County, Texas into Longhorn Council. The cities of Plano, Frisco, Prosper, and Celina, which straddle the county border are all in Circle Ten Council. Specifically their school districts, which bleed into a couple more towns in Denton County.
